30 Minutes

My last post titled A Healthy Heart emphasized just 30 minutes of exercise on most days of the week.  With the weather warming up hopefully those 30 minutes will get easier and easier to achieve.


One great way to get active is to head to the park with a friend or your family.  For me 30 minutes soon turned into an hour and a half on Saturday at the park just because of the sunny weather and beautiful day.  With summer approaching get out and enjoy that sunshine as you get your exercise in!

I researched 30 minutes of exercise a day relating to health a little further and found an informative video.  It’s called 23 and 1/2 hours.  It’s remarkably well put together and contains great information and facts.  It made the 30 minutes a day message hit home for me.
